What is Anima?
Anima is a secure online system that links directly with your medical record to make it easier to contact the surgery and get the right care. It improves how appointments and requests are managed and helps our clinical team understand your needs more efficiently.
The online form asks a small number of relevant questions. This helps our clinical team understand your needs and ensure your request is reviewed by the most appropriate person.
You can still phone the surgery as usual, but Anima offers an alternative way to get in touch. The online form asks the same key questions our staff would ask over the phone, helping us triage your request quickly and safely.
Patients can use Anima to contact us about medical concerns, administrative requests, or general enquiries, all in one simple online process.
We are committed to meeting the needs of all patients, including those with disabilities, sensory impairments, learning difficulties, language barriers, or limited digital access. If you need support, reasonable adjustments, or a different way to contact the surgery, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Urgent and Emergency Care
